1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.

2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.

4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

PS. 1cup=250ml, ½ cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."
"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

Hello everyone, I'm just a little bored so I decided to do a little update as the blog is a little MT (empty). After a long time thinking, I decided to write (copy) a story.

Once upon a time..... WAIT! This is an old opening for a story! Now, let skip this and go straight into the story without opening.

One day, a barrack is attack by their enemy. Although the army in the barrack tried hard to defend but the enemy's army are just too much for them to handle.

The captain of the barrack knows the they won't last longer. Therefore, he call the young soldier beside him to go back to the H.Q. to look for their backup soldiers. The captain then tell the young soldier how to sneak into the tall bushes and how to escape without notice.

After that, the young soldier begin to sneak into the bushes and it goes successfully thanks to his captain's advice. But, after the young soldier pass through the bushes, he made a big mistake and he is spotted by his enemy.

They begin to shot at the young soldier. When the captain saw this, he begin to panic: " Oh no, he is spotted, please, run faster and please don't be shoot for everyone in here's sake"...... And suddenly, the young soldier fell down to the ground. "Oh my goodness, they got him!" Shout the captain. But after that, the young soldier just turn around and keep on running again. "Luckily, they haven't get him, he just fall down" said the captain.

When the young soldier goes as far as they cannot see him anymore, the captain begin to regroup all his army left and try their best to slow down the enemies. They keep fighting at their best until only less than 10 soldier left in the barrack including the captain. The captain begin to lost hope at that time. "Maybe the young soldier still didn't make it to the H.Q. at last" said the captain hopelessly.

When the captain thinks that they might lost this fight, the backup soldiers from the H.Q. arrive just in time. "He did it! He did it! He make it to the H.Q. at last!" shout the captain happily. With the help of the backup soldiers, they manage to defeat the enemy without fail. "It's all thanks to that young soldier" said the captain to every survivors there.

Although they had defeat the enemies, but the captain's arm is hurt too. He is immediately send to the hospital near their H.Q. by his loyal soldiers. After the arm is wrapped and confirmed that it is no problem, the captain explore around the hospital and talk to the other injured soldiers there. Suddenly, he saw a familiar face in a room in the hospital. He is that young soldier who had saved them from the enemies. The captain is even shocked to see both the young soldier's leg had sawed by the doctor.

"What happen to this young fellow's leg?" ask the captain to the doctor there. The doctor says "Both his legs are shot. But that's not all. After he is be shot, he still keep running with all of his energy for a long distance. This make his legs are too dangerous to be keep. We have no choice but to saw his legs to keep his safety. This young fellow is really brave. He just accept the truth and let us saw his legs away". After heard what the doctor said, the captain is proud and feel thankful to the young soldier. He immediately salute to the young soldier once he is wake up. "No, a captain shouldn't do this to a normal soldier like me." said the young soldier immediately. "No." Replied the captain, "maybe I am a captain, but you are a hero. A hero who risked his life to save other people".

Hello guys! It’s me. This crazy or you can say he is a mad boy coming back for blogging. I obtusely want to say sorry to all of you for not “ present ” in the blog .( So lousy , right ? :D ) now , go straight to our today topic . Recently , many of the student doesn’t know how to depress especially for those who will have their big , big exam (like me , one of the victim ) Because ……….. er hem next year I will in form 3 and will face the first exam that has difficulty (for me only lah , not like somebody ) , PMR . So I will teach you all how to发泄 (sorry, 在这边用了中文) First, you can have two choice. One is 心平和气 count one to ten and then counts them back. This is the most of the way that many people use because when you got stress, you will show your worst temper to them who try to disturb you ( of course , some of them is 好心to help you , so don’t simply mad on other people . this is my gold advice to you ) the another way is you can go to a place that has no people and shout anything or your “肺腑之言”as long as you like until you cannot do it anymore and REALLY REALLY make sure that no one is around there because I think that you also don’t want to be shout ed by somebody too . In my opinion, these way is sure really can help you (I have experience about those things) so, this is all of the things that I want to say. In a nutshell, do not 压抑压力for a long time, if not, you must ready to take the risk that can cause you become crazy or mad liked me.

Maybe for a long time I am not going to blogging anymore ( you know the reason , the answer is inside this post ) So , wish all of you good luck and happy holiday ( although it’s little too late >_< )also wish me good luck for getting straight A’s . 2.Why is Melamine added in milk powder？

The most important nutrient in milk is protein. And Melamine has the same protein that contains "NITROGEN"
Adding Melamine in milk reduces milk content and it is cheaper then milk so it lowers capitalization.
It can give the business man more profit!

3.When was it discovered？

Year 2007, US cats and dogs died suddenly, they found that pet food from China contains Melamine.

4.What happens when Melamine is digested？

Although surgery can remove the stones, but it will cause irreversible kidney damage. It can lead to loss of kidney function and will require
kidney dialysis or lead to death because of uremia.
What is dialysis？In fact, it should be called "blood washing"
it is filtering all of the body's blood into the machine and then go back to the body.
The whole process takes 4 hours and it is necessary to dialysis once for every 3 days for the rest of your life。

For everyone , I want to tell you all why I am so happy today.

Because already a week since I post things in my blog. ( Wah kao , so lame .......................)
Anyway , back to our topic today.

Today , I want to talk about UB4 ( actually it's such a damn things) and my 感想 when having this UB4 test. And also some of my tips of how to manage test. ( WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!! Well, if you want to sucess in your work and no the test , plz don't try it. VERY dangerous) Now this test is really sucks and I cannot to reach my target ( 85% Actually this is the average that I want to reach ) All the questions ( some of them is still correct ) are ridiculous and many WRONG ( Still want to say this question have many wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Anyway, I still feel very 惭愧 as i still don't know how to get a templete even it is already a week.
Then , now is my , the master (bu4 yao4 lian2) will now tell you the secret of manage the test.

First,
You must try to finish your homehork in a day as a proverb in chinese “今日事，今日闭”。Try not to 拖 until tomorrow or free time to do.

Second,
You must eat as much as you can to 补your energy ( But must worry for your "body shape")

Third,
If you can sleep earlier , go ahead for it. And donz forget to wake up earlier to study the subject that will have the test that day.

I think that if I say all of it , then my mother will be mad and maybe you cannot see me at school anymore ( Because already "killed " by my mom >_< )
And one more thing,
the exam is around the corner , so TRY not to study at eleventh hour or burn the midnight oil.
( For the "burn midnight oil" , plz take care of your body, or else this will harm your body very badly [especially for girls that those black round things arond their eye. Only a word that I can describe their emotional feeling ,"叫天叫地" Feel sorry for those who has this kind of problem] )

Today when having KH, nearly half of the class go to bengkel. While that time, Cindy and a group of people talking about something that is 下流. they say that they want to #*&*#$@ and @&*%@#. (don't dare to say or type too much about them or I cannot survive tomorrow.) Besides, (still in KH period) 世贤 miss Micheal Kong (he went to bengkel), and say something like..... He want to take care of him and see is he became fatter (is something knocked his head?). After that, he go to look for Kong with Jeff, and be halau back by teacher. (活该). Teacher also ask us to do Lakaran..... W*** t** F***, this is just 折磨人. So finally...... copy someone's. Well.... I finished my kerja kayu (with the help of my dad).
PLUS: Who want to buy kerja kayu (spare one) please tell me (MCCK) tomorrow. Only have one. Limited edition.

I am so crazy!!!! Just crazy!!! Why I must write all these things???? My brain is having some problem today.I hate you. Want to %#@*& you, #%@&* you and twist you just like how I treat the cow. I really hate Pendidikan Seni. I think if I continue to learn those damn things, I will go to the place that only “sunflower” will go. Now, I will tell you about a crazy boy that had wrote this essay. He is kindly of mad because write all these nonsense things. He lives with his both parents, two that don’t know that he like or dislike brothers and himself too. He also has many crazy friends that just like him (already crazy ones) and also study in same class. But some of them that are in other classes too. Forget about mention what kind of school that this guy in. VERY sorry. I am not going to tell this school’s name (later this school principle will hit me! @##$@@ me and many others. Oops, saying too much about another things. Let’s go to our previous topic) this school is kind of crazy school too (Because they have so many crazy students. Hah Hah Hah) and most important is this school has many “mad” (I say it is from side of mental lah!!!) students. I don’t understand why they always say: “I will get low marks, get low marks” and than whoosh one hundred come out after the test paper had returned. Very lol, right? Actually this is no the things that I want to say. The things that I want to say is why I so hate Pendidikan Seni. Don’t you think if you fail this subject and then your face will immediately turn into black color because only your average from 88.9% drop until 82.79%? And my mother sends me go to learn those sucks things. I already try to talk (actually had a fight) with my mother but still she decide to send me to learn it .She says about the Pendidikan Seni is really important ( PMR got test on Pendidikan Seni meh?), the whole world got so many “arts” things that everyone enjoy ( got meh??? Then, why there were so many artists still wait for other people especially government to donate some money to them) and blah, blah,blah. This condition continuously for one month and I really cannot stand on it anymore. When I was using my brush for drawing, I feel like my hand is made by steel. Totally cannot move it. (Actually no so serious. Only draws a snake when asking to draw a straight line. ^^) And the reason that I hate the Pendidikan Seni is the teacher (That $%&&%# teacher). I cannot understand what teacher teaches. The things that I can understand about him are his language (Malay), he is a man (More like a woman), and he is the most stubborn, stupid guy in this world. Why I say he is a stupid guy is the world’s economy already in crisis and he still wants us to carve any flora that you like on soap. This is not a big matter. The “big” problem is I have no any “links” with this Pendidikan Seni things and I really, really, really want to tell him that I already “kill” five soaps. Hope that you all like my essay. BM～Teacher 会 give marks 的吗？ Ringkasan 才 give 15 marks, Pemahaman 更惨，第三题讲要放"ibu bapa tidak bagi wang untuk anak "再加 one example 才算满分。都讲这题是 "bagi pendapat anda" , 还更我们计较，真是吝啬鬼。多给 1 分在 karangan rangsangan,都要讲到口水都要干了还想着要不要给。
M3～干吗无端端给我们 form 3的题目来做？而且还给那么短的时间，叫我们怎样做哦？1题3分钟，35题是1 个小时45分钟，哪里来的时间去做？The steps so many. How can I do this all in time? Tell me if you got the way. I will give you big rewards.(I don't lie you, it's true. REALLY!!)
PM～这就好一点，错了就会给bonus,不像某某老师，讲什么这题没有分，还把 ??/40 change into ??/39,if do like that, the marks will lower.
GG～这个更惨，都不懂讲什么，题目那么奇怪（可能只有我这样想）这一科我真的是不想讲下去，very annoying and poor too.
